Key features: 2.0–8.0 mm processing thickness; 1850 mm maximum width; interchangeable double slitter heads.
1850 Belt Tensioner Double Slitter Line
Designed for automotive sheet, high-strength steel and galvanized coils, this line combines a double-head quick-change system with belt tensioning for efficient processing and surface protection.
Key features: 0.4–5.0 mm processing range; 600–1850 mm material width; double-head quick-change slitting with belt tensioner.
2000 Heavy-Gauge Slitting Line
A heavy-duty single-head slitting line for pickled and hot-rolled steel coils, designed for thick-gauge processing and high coil weights.
Key features: 3.0–14.0 mm thickness; 2000 mm maximum coil width; 30 MT coil weight.
1850 Stop Shear Cut-to-Length Line
A stop-to-cut CTL line for automotive steel, galvanized sheet and cold-rolled or hot-rolled coil. It combines multi-roll leveling with PLC control for accurate sheet length.
Key features: Stop-to-cut operation; 2.0–8.0 mm material thickness; surface-protection rollers.
1650 High-Speed Flying Shear Cut-to-Length Line
A high-speed flying-shear CTL line for continuous sheet production from metal coils, integrating non-stop cutting, leveling and stable operation at 80–100 m/min.
Key features: 0.3–3.0 mm thickness; up to 1600 mm coil width; 80–100 m/min working speed.
1350 Flying Shear Cut-to-Length Line
A flying-shear CTL line for premium home-appliance panels, PCM/VCM sheets and stainless steel. The Thailand project uses non-marking rollers, continuous cutting and automated stacking.
