High-Precision Slitting Lines
Our state-of-the-art slitting solutions are engineered for extreme versatility, capable of processing both ultra-thin and heavy-gauge coils with a thickness range from 0.05 mm to 20 mm. Designed for large-scale industrial demands, our lines support a maximum width of 2,200 mm and a coil weight of up to 35 MT.
To maximize efficiency and surface integrity, the system integrates advanced Dual Slitter Heads (Double Slitter Seats), a Turret Type Swapping System (Cross-arm Change), and a Fully Automatic Knife Change System, allowing for rapid specification switching with minimal downtime. Furthermore, our specialized Belt Tensioner technology provides superior surface protection, ensuring scratch-free results for even the most sensitive high-end appliance panels.
