Stainless Steel Coil Processing

1350 High Precision Slitting Line

The XIONGJIN 1350 High Precision Slitting Line is a reference configuration for slitting cold-rolled stainless steel coil in 200, 300 and 400 series. The line integrates controlled uncoiling, entry conditioning, precision slitting, tension control and bottom recoiling to produce ordered slit coils.

The final equipment scope, knife arrangement, operating speed and acceptance criteria are confirmed against the buyer’s material grade, coil dimensions, slit pattern and finished-coil requirements. As part of our thin gauge slitting line range, this configuration shares its precision slitting platform with the 1650 Thin-Gauge Slitting Line and the 650 Type Thin-Gauge High-Precision Slitting Line.
