Dual Slitter Head System
One of the key features of this heavy gauge slitting line is the dual slitter head system.
The dual slitter head configuration allows tooling for the next production specification to be prepared while the other slitter head is in operation. This helps shorten changeover time and improve production efficiency when different strip widths and slitting specifications are required.
Heavy Gauge Hot Rolled Coil Processing
The line is designed with a heavy-duty mechanical structure for processing thick and high-strength hot rolled steel coils.
