1650mm Rotary Shear Cut to Length Line for Haier Group
XIONGJIN MACHINERY successfully supplied a 1650mm rotary shear cut to length line for Haier Group, one of the world’s leading home appliance manufacturers.
This production line is designed for efficient and accurate coil leveling, length measuring, rotary shearing and automatic sheet stacking. The rotary shear system allows the material to be cut continuously without stopping the strip during each cutting cycle, helping improve production efficiency while maintaining stable sheet length accuracy.
Compared with a conventional stop-shear cut to length line, the rotary shear CTL line is particularly suitable for customers requiring higher production speeds and continuous processing of thin and medium-gauge metal coils.
The complete line integrates coil handling, precision leveling, servo-controlled feeding, rotary cutting, conveying and automatic stacking into one automated production system.
