The XIONGJIN 650 High-Precision Slitting Line is designed for precision processing of copper strip and stainless-steel strip. The supplied configuration covers 0.05-0.50 mm material, coil widths up to 650 mm, coil weights up to 5 MT and line speeds up to 150 m/min, with capacity for up to 40 slit strips.

Product Overview
This thin-gauge slitting line is configured to slit coil into narrower strips with controlled entry alignment, precision slitting, strip tension and recoiling. It can be adapted to the customer’s finished-strip widths, coil dimensions, surface requirements and operating standard.

Major Equipment
Hydraulic Decoiler
The hydraulic decoiler supports controlled coil payoff into the line. The coil car assists loading and unloading for efficient coil handling.

Side Guide and Entry Section
The side-guide section aligns the incoming strip before it enters the precision slitting head.

Precision Slitter
The precision slitter separates the strip into the programmed finished widths. Slitting tooling and the final strip arrangement are selected to suit the customer’s material and product requirements.

Scrap Winder
The scrap winder collects edge trim generated during slitting.

Tension Table
The tension table helps maintain stable strip tension before recoiling.

Recoiler
The recoiler winds the finished slit strips into orderly coils for downstream handling.
