Model: 1650 Stop Shear Cut-to-Length Line with 4HI Leveler

The XIONGJIN 1650 Stop Shear Cut-to-Length Line is designed to convert steel coil into leveled sheets at programmed lengths. The supplied reference configuration combines coil handling, a 19-roll 4HI precision leveler, NC feeding and length setting, a stop shear, conveyor and automatic stacking equipment for stable sheet processing.

Product Overview

This line is suited to cold-rolled sheet, galvanized sheet, pickled general-purpose sheet and automotive steel sheet within the material range of the supplied technical quotation. It brings the coil from storage and decoiling through leveling, side guiding, NC measurement, stop-shear cutting, conveying and orderly sheet stacking.

Engineering note: The supplied technical quotation is a 0.3-4.0 × 1600 reference configuration with a stated sheet width of 300-1,550 mm. The “1650” product title identifies the requested product class. Final working width, material condition, leveler selection, output length and auxiliary equipment must be confirmed by XIONGJIN engineering before order release.

Major Equipment

4HI Precision Leveler

The reference 4HI leveler uses 19 leveling rolls with a four-high support structure. Its work rolls and reinforcing rolls are designed for precision leveling; the quotation specifies independent roller adjustment and centralized lubrication. A 6HI leveler can be configured where the material, thickness band and flatness target call for a higher-support arrangement.

NC Measuring and Side Guide

The side-guide correction device positions the sheet across its width, while the NC feeding and length-setting unit measures material and sends the programmed cut length to the shear. The supplied reference lists a closed-loop measuring wheel, encoder feedback, five leveling rolls, four feeding rolls and a pair of length-setting rolls.

Stop Shear

The stop-shear section cuts material to the programmed length following NC measurement. The reference equipment uses a heavy-duty crankshaft cutting mechanism, four-sided blades, centralized forced lubrication, water cooling and touchscreen-controlled blade-gap adjustment.

Conveyor, Stacker and Lift Table

After shearing, the PVC belt conveyor transfers sheets without direct metal-to-metal handling. The automatic stacker combines pneumatic and hydraulic motion, with air-cushion support and photoelectric lift-table control. The stacker reference supports sheets up to 4,000 mm long and a 5,000 kg maximum load.
