850mm High-Speed Leveling Rotary Shear Cut-to-Length Line
Designed for surface-sensitive home-appliance steel sheet and cold-rolled stainless steel coil, this 850mm high-speed leveling rotary shear cut-to-length line combines precision leveling, continuous flying shear cutting and automatic stacking in one integrated system. The reference configuration is engineered for 0.3–2.0mm material and coil widths up to 850mm.

Key Equipment and Process
Coil car → cantilever uncoiler with coil-opening device → 21-roll 6HI leveler → pinch and measuring unit → servo-driven rotary/flying shear → belt conveyor → dual stacking stations → side discharge roller conveyor.
- 21-roll 6HI leveler with independently driven leveling rolls for surface-sensitive sheet.
- Servo-driven rotary/flying shear cuts continuously with the strip, avoiding a stop-and-cut cycle.
- Dual stacking stations help maintain continuous production during stack changeover.
- Surface-protection equipment may include polyurethane-covered rollers, chrome-plated rolls, air support and optional film/paper application.
