Foshan Sanshui Xiongjin Machinery Co., Ltd. (i.e., Xiongjin Machinery) is a comprehensive enterprise integrating design, R&D,manufacturing, and export trade. Presses and stamping systems
We build both mechanical and hydraulic presses with capacities ranging from 6300 kN to 120,000 KN. In turn, we can in particular provide complete stamping systems that incorporate not only the press but all the necessary peripherals (feeding line, transfer, robotisation, dies, etc.) to provide our customers with integrated and proven turnkey systems.
Sheet metal cutting and processing lines
Cutting lines to process coils up to 2,650 mm wide and in thicknesses from 0.05 mm to 30 mm. The weights of the coils can reach up to 50,000 kg. We also build equipment for processing formats.
Lines and equipment for processing metal parts
We design, install and adjust all kinds of specialist machines, lines and equipment used for the manufacture of parts for refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, kitchens, small appliances, etc. as well as for special pieces of metal furniture, construction products, electrical industry products, etc., at all times integrating different technologies for punching, folding, profiling, welding, clinch joints, etc., with their corresponding automatic features.
Xiongjin Machinery operates under an ISO-certified management system and employs modern management methods supported by strong technical expertise, advanced craftsmanship, a highly-skilled workforce, and superior manufacturing capabilities. Our welders are certified by the EU-based A.E.S Destructive and Non-Destructive Testing Limited. The company’s facilities consist of workshops for metallurgy, metalworking, curtain wall production, assembly, painting, and sandblasting.
