Overview
The XIONGJIN Cross-Type Blade Changer Arm is a tooling-change system for use with precision steel coil slitting lines. It is configured to support organized slitter-knife replacement and tooling preparation during planned production changeovers.
For precision slitting applications with frequent slit-pattern, material, coil-width, or knife-arrangement changes, the cross-type configuration is integrated into the production-line layout rather than supplied as a stand-alone machine.

The supplied process-flow and layout drawings illustrate a 1650 mm vertical slitting-line configuration. The arrangement shown includes coil loading and unloading trolleys, an uncoiler, entry equipment, leveling machine, lead-end shear, looping tables, side guide, rotary shear with replaceable blades, trim-edge winder, strip separator, tension station, recoiler, hydraulic stations, and control consoles.
The Cross-Type Blade Changer Arm is shown as a dedicated line-layout element for the slitting section. The final line scope, tooling arrangement, and installation footprint are subject to engineering confirmation.
