Model: H-3.0-1650NCR
The XIONGJIN 1650 Type Rotary Shear Cut-to-Length Line is a continuous coil-processing solution for hot-dip galvanized sheet and cold-rolled sheet. The referenced configuration is designed for 0.3-3.0 mm material, widths from 300 mm to 1650 mm, and coils up to 25 t.
For this line, the rotary-shear designation describes a double flying-shear configuration: the upper and lower blades perform a synchronized rotary cut while following the moving sheet. This is a continuous flying-shear arrangement rather than a stop-shear system. Final equipment selection must be confirmed against the customer’s material, coil condition, required output and local installation conditions.

Finished Product
The line converts coil into flat cut-to-length sheets and transfers them to automatic stacking and unloading equipment. The referenced configuration provides two stacking paths with fixed-length capability of 4,000 mm for Stacker No. 1 and 6,000 mm for Stacker No. 2.

The 6-High precision leveler in this configuration uses two layers of work rolls, two layers of intermediate rolls and two layers of reinforcing rolls. Separate inlet and outlet adjustment supports leveling of coil-borne curvature before cutting.
Double Flying Shear with Rotary Cutting Motion
The double flying shear receives measured sheets from the NC cut-to-length section. The upper and lower movable blade holders use a paired-crankshaft rotary motion and a 150 kW servo drive. During cutting, the blades move synchronously with the sheet so the process does not require the strip to stop. External adjustment of the cross-cut blade clearance supports changeover for different sheet thicknesses, while centralized forced lubrication supports long-term operation.
